This type of facility differs from a normal residential mortgage, because it is taken out with the sole intention of renting the property to a tenant or multiple tenants, rather than, owner occupation.
hmo mortgages
The main difference between a HMO mortgage and a buy to let mortgage is that you can expect to net a much higher yield from a HMO, although there is a greater management level required to maintain a good quality HMO and the rent will normally be all inclusive of associated bills, water, gas, council tax etc.
bridging loans

Good news…your loan is approved! Lenders will proceed to valuation or move immediately to offer if they have everything. Formal offer letters are issued and solicitors instructed.
FUNDS RELEASED
Your funding application has successfully completed and you have recieved your finance. Congratulations.
